If you are not able to be here for completion, then our management service can control everything for you. For example, getting the apartment furnished is one of the first activities. It is imperative that all items are accounted for under your instruction.
When all ‘snags’ have been accounted for, we will make sure that the apartment has an industrial clean and is in perfect order to receive all furnishings. Our team will also be available to assist you in the furnishing of your apartment. We offer a complete furniture pack of good quality that includes everything for the apartment, including the terrace and the kitchen.

Your property will always be maintained, cleaned and ready for use. If you wish to rent your property, we take full responsibility for all properties under management and NO keys are handed to anyone without one of our staff present. We also insure properties for contents and deal with all future claims.
If you wish for your property to be managed by us then please let us know. It is important that we know as early as possible so that we can organise the snagging for your property as part of the agreement.
